Vessel Sinks

After spending 4 years figuring out how to make wood waterproof from the inside out, vessel sinks were finally developed. This process involves turning the sink from a still wet single piece of wood and allowing it to slowly dry so that it will slightly oblong allowing the tree to have the final say in its shape. After the wood is dried to a minimum of 10% moisture the drain hole is then turned. The process continues by brushing on a chemical that fills each open wooden cell and solidifies in its place, effectively petrifying the wood. Then 8 coats of Epifanes(worlds best marine varnish from Holland) are brushed on top and bottom. This varnish allows you to clean the sink with most any common chemicals including 409, Windex, Tilex and even TSP while maintaining a gloss finish. Guaranteed to remain shiny and waterproof for 20+ years. Allow 8 months for special orders.

Sinks are custom order only.
